Classic Backdrops is the paint studio behind the story. These hand-painted stage backdrops continue to be created for iconic rock bands for national and world tours. Now Imagine That was built out of gratitude for this unique career, carrying the scale, craft, and visual impact of live entertainment visuals into presentations designed to inspire young students.

This photo shows one of my former production spaces, where large hand-painted stage backdrops moved through the real working process: layout, painting, drying, handling, packing, and preparing for shows. These were physical stage environments built for distance, lighting, touring crews, and live audiences.

That atmosphere helped inspire Now Imagine That. The scale, tools, problem-solving, deadlines, and hands-on skill behind the work created a story worth bringing to students, showing them that creative skill can grow into something real, useful, and powerful.
